Established in 2023, 757TransFamily is a safe space for parents, grandparents, guardians and allies to learn about what their gender-diverse child is experiencing and the best ways to support them. Since it is really important that we do not put the burden of educating us on our children, this website is a good place to learn about new and different gender-based vocabulary, what gender-affirming care your child may need and what doctors and specialists are in Hampton Roads that will be supportive of your gender-diverse child. It is also a good place to find resources and links to organizations in the area that have support groups for you and your children as you are learning and experiencing this new journey.
